He did it as an example to show us what we need to do. Jesus already knows what church you attended. What He will be looking for is "did you pay attention to all that I told you to do"?
"All that I did as an example for you, what I did is all right there in My book the Bible". Jesus Christ Himself states in ( John 14:6 )"
I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." Baptism is the only way to receive the Holy Spirit. There is no other way to obtain eternal life with Jesus! As Jesus stated ( Matthew 28:20 )" I am with you always, even to the end of the age." |
